Steps
Phone Preparation
1.1 — Connect the charging cable to the headset and a power source. Download the Meta Quest app.
1.2 — Install the Meta Quest app on your smartphone from the Google Play Store or App Store.
1.3 — Log in using an account from the VR

When assigning an account, ensure it is available and not linked to another Oculus device.
If the account is unassigned, update the contract number, start date, and end date on the spreadsheet.
If the account’s end date has passed, you may reuse it by updating the contract number, start date, and end date accordingly.
1.4 — Use an available Meta account and assign different accounts to different Oculus headsets.
Headset Preparation
2.1 — Press and hold the power button and volume down button until the advanced boot menu appears, then select the Erase option.
2.2 — Follow the prompts to select English, connect to the local Wi-Fi, and wait for the update to complete.
Pair the VR headset with your phone
3.1 — Open the Meta Quest app on your phone.
3.2 — Go to the Settings menu.
3.3 — Choose “Device,” then select “Pair New Device.”
3.4 — Select “Meta Quest 2” and enter the 5-digit code shown on the VR headset into your phone.
3.5 — If an app download is required, open the Oculus Store on the headset, search for and download the app, then launch it to verify functionality.
3.6 — Turn off the headset when finished.
